Course Program

This workshop consists of 4 online sessions of spread over 4 weeks with access to our online training portal. During this time, you will learn the following:

Have Impact and Find Balance

  • Understand The Personal Agility System (PAS) and the challenge of getting things done
  • Deliver on Your Commitments: Get things done with the PAS Priorities Map
  • Find balance: Figure out what really matters to you using the PAS Breadcrumb Trail
  • Achieve long-term goals with the PAS Forces Map

Develop Leadership Skills

  • How to build working relationships with managers and stakeholders
  • Solve problems together through coaching and powerful questions
  • Create alignment and trust using the PAS Stakeholder Canvas.
  • Stay on course with the PAS Alignment Compass

During this class, you will create and use the tools of The Personal Agility System to figure out what really matters in your context and spend more of your time doing things that matter to you. And you qualify to become a Personal Agility Recognized Practitioner and Heart of Agile Level B Certificate.

About the Trainers

Lyssa Adkins

Lyssa Adkins is a coach, facilitator, teacher and inspirer. Lyssa’s current focus is improving the performance of top leadership teams and Boards of Directors through insightful facilitation and organization systems coaching. Making difficult decisions faster and with clear alignment, unknotting challenging, multi-department impediments, creating the conditions for organizational delivery…this is where Lyssa thrives and helps leadership teams and organizations thrive.

Lyssa is the author of Coaching Agile Teams and her Agile community focus is amplifying women’s voices as a founder of the TENWOMENSTRONG #WomeninAgile programs.

Lyssa has also been pleased to serve the emergence of Agile Coaching as a profession. In 2010, she co-founded the Agile Coaching Institute and currently serves as President Emerita as well as co-leader of ACI's competence-based coaching curriculum. Since 2011, Lyssa has been a member of the ICAgile working committee that defines the learning objectives for Agile Facilitation and Coaching and she assesses candidates for the ICAgile-Expert in Agile Coaching competence-based certification.

Maria Matarelli

Maria Matarelli is an international business consultant, experienced Agile Coach, and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) who consults and trains companies on reaching true agility. Maria travels to consult organizations and speak at industry conferences with locations from Shanghai to Singapore and Thailand to Nova Scotia.

While looking for ways to continue to expand Agile outside IT, Maria and her team have been applying Agile to the Marketing realm with incredible results, which led to Maria co-founding the Agile Marketing Academy and becoming one of the first Certified Agile Marketing Trainers (CAMT).

Maria also co-founded the Personal Agility Institute and is dedicated to helping people discover how to do more of what matters by applying Agile techniques in a holistic view of their lives.

Maria is also the Founder and President of Formula Ink, an international consulting company and is passionate about working with people and organizations to inspire agility.
